Eligibility Requirements

• The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• You must provide the original proof of purchase.

• Personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear or swimwear) for health and hygiene reasons.

Returning the Product

• You must send the item to the address provided in our instructions.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Please note that processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions & Limitations

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another of equal or higher value, please contact customer service and we’ll be happy to help, subject to availability.
